Golaj bread is very nutritious due to the new raw materials that are used from livestock and grains of nomadic environment. The ingredients of this delicious bread are fresh milk, fresh flour, water, local eggs, bread dough and cinnamon. After mixing the ingredients and making the dough, they knead it for a long time and then roll it and fry it in animal oil.
